MY APPROACH • 01
Understand the problem first.
I learn how people work, where they get stuck and which constraints shape their decisions. Research helps define the problem. Prototypes make ideas easier to discuss and test before implementation. After launch, I look at usage data to find what needs improvement.
I work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and business teams. My experience in interface development and technical leadership helps me join conversations about feasibility and product constraints.
